We collect information you provide when creating an account, submitting enquiries, sending quotations, or contacting support. This includes business details, contact information, vehicle information (VIN, Mulkiya, plate), and the content of enquiries and quotes exchanged on the platform.
2. How we use information
- Match workshops with retailers that can supply the requested parts.
- Deliver enquiries, quotations, order confirmations and delivery updates.
- Provide performance analytics such as response time and win rate.
- Improve part identification accuracy and marketplace quality.
- Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
3. Vehicle data
Vehicle identification is powered by TecAlliance and related automotive data providers. VINs and Mulkiya scans are processed to identify the vehicle and the correct part references, and are retained with your enquiry history so you can reorder in the future.
4. Sharing
Enquiries are shared with retailers matched by part category, brand and delivery area. Quotations are shared with the workshop that raised the enquiry. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Storage & security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and audited.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. Some records (invoices, order history) are retained to meet legal and accounting obligations.
