1. Accounts
You must provide accurate business information to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
2. Marketplace role
PartsManager connects workshops raising enquiries with retailers issuing quotations. Contracts for sale are entered directly between the workshop and the retailer. PartsManager is not a party to those contracts.
3. Quotations & orders
- Quotations must state price, tier, warranty (if any) and delivery ETA.
- Accepted quotations create a binding order between workshop and retailer.
- Retailers must supply the exact part specified in the accepted quotation.
4. Payment
Payment terms are agreed between workshop and retailer unless a PartsManager escrow or payment service is explicitly used.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use PartsManager to trade counterfeit parts, misrepresent part quality tiers, circumvent enquiry matching, harvest data, or interfere with the service.
6. Ratings & reviews
Response time, fill rate and dispute history contribute to retailer ratings. Ratings are calculated automatically from marketplace activity.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, harm other users, or expose the platform to legal risk.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
